Services · What we build

Custom software, AI, and automation —
built around your business.

We design, build, and run custom business solutions — and consult to find the highest-value pieces first. Each service below is something we build for clients and use in our own products. Most engagements combine a few into one practical solution, made for how you actually work.

01 An online store, end to endA full e-commerce platform we built and operate — with a "see it on your wall" visualizer and a guided product finder.
02 AI that works a real inboxAgents that read a live business inbox, draft replies in the owner's voice, and carry tasks through to done.

▲ We don't just pitch this work — we build it, run it, and stand behind it, then bring what we learned to your build.

Custom software & platforms

Purpose-built tools and internal systems shaped around how your business actually runs. The result isn't another app to check — it becomes the way the work gets done, with your process baked in instead of bent to fit someone else's.

You get: a platform, not a compromise
Live

Our own e-commerce platform runs a real storefront — with a preview-on-your-wall visualizer and a guided product finder — that customers use to buy every day.

What an engagement looks like
  • Map the workflow — we watch how the work moves today, end to end.
  • Model the data & screens — the shape of the system before a line of code.
  • Build the core — the parts that carry the most weight, first.
  • Wire it in — connected to the tools and records you already use.
  • Hand over — trained team, documented system, room to grow.
02 · AI

AI agents & automation

Agents that read, draft, decide, and act on the repetitive work — inbox triage, quoting, follow-ups, data entry — under rules you set and can see. Your people spend their hours on judgment and relationships; the busywork handles itself.

You get: hours back, every week

Live

A product we run puts AI agents on a real business inbox — reading messages, drafting replies, and carrying tasks through to done.

What an engagement looks like
  • Pick one workflow — the highest-volume, most repetitive one first.
  • Set the rules & guardrails — what the agent may do, and where it stops.
  • Build the agent — tuned on your real messages and cases.
  • Run it beside a human — drafts reviewed until the work earns trust.
  • Widen the scope — more workflows as the results come in.
03 · WEB

Websites & e-commerce

Storefronts and marketing sites built to convert — with the configurators, quotes, and checkout paths customers expect, and none of the friction they don't. Fast, findable in search, and honest about exactly what someone is buying.

You get: a site that sells

What marketing automation makes possible →

Live

Our storefront handles product configuration, artwork upload, and a working checkout — the full path from browsing to a placed order, in daily use.

What an engagement looks like
  • Audit the path — where visitors stall and where sales leak out.
  • Design the flow — the shortest honest route to a purchase.
  • Build the pages & commerce — configurators, quotes, checkout.
  • Instrument it — search, analytics, and the numbers that matter.
  • Launch & tune — read the real traffic, then sharpen.
04 · SYS

Dashboards & business systems

One place where your numbers, orders, and open items live — and every figure is a door, not dead text. A count of orders in production opens the actual records; a name opens that customer. Decisions come from what's really happening, not a stale export.

You get: one source of truth
Preview

A care app we're building keeps a family's calendar, tasks, and daily log in one shared view — the same always-current discipline we bring to every system we build.

What an engagement looks like
  • Find the questions — what you check, chase, or worry about daily.
  • Connect the sources — the tools your data already lives in.
  • Build the board — every stat clickable down to the record behind it.
  • Add the alerts — the things that should reach you on their own.
  • Keep it honest — figures that stay live, not snapshots.
05 · CARE

Managed AI & Software Care

The ongoing retainer — we run what we build. Updates, monitoring, model and cost tuning, and a standing line to make changes as the business shifts. Software isn't finished at launch; it's kept healthy, and it keeps improving month after month.

Ongoing retainer · we run what we build
Ours

We build and run our own products too — the same hands that build yours are the ones keeping them fast, watched, and current.

What an engagement looks like
  • Onboard & monitor — uptime, errors, and cost watched from day one.
  • Monthly improvements — a steady lane for changes and new features.
  • Priority response — a real person who already knows your system.
  • Tune the AI — models and prompts kept sharp as they evolve.
  • Quarterly review — what's working, what's next, in plain terms.
The bigger picture

Individually useful. Together, a business-management system.

A great website is one piece — an important one. But the real power is when it all connects: your site, your quoting, your admin, your data, and AI working as one custom system built around how your business actually runs. That's the difference between a nicer website and a business that runs itself a little more every month — while staying ready for whatever technology lands next. Don't settle for a website when you could have the system behind it.

How we work · the arc

Roadmap Sprint → Build → Care.

Every engagement follows the same honest arc — start small and proven, ship the real thing, then keep it running.

Phase 01

Roadmap Sprint

A short, paid discovery. We map the workflow, agree on the outcome, and hand you a plan and a fixed shape for the build — yours to keep, whoever builds it.

Phase 02

Build

We design and ship the real thing in visible stages — the highest-weight parts first — so you see working software early and steer it as it takes shape.

Phase 03 · ongoing

Care

The optional retainer. We run what we built — monitored, updated, and improving — so it keeps earning long after launch instead of quietly decaying.

Before you ask

Questions about working with us

Q1What can you actually build for me?

Almost anything that runs on software — custom platforms and admin systems, AI agents and automation, websites and e-commerce, dashboards and reporting, customer or staff portals, and mobile or family apps.

Because we build the foundation once and branch your apps, sites, and tools off it, adding a new capability later is usually a small job rather than a fresh start. If you're not sure which of those you need, that's exactly what the first conversation is for.

Q2I'm not sure what I even need yet — can you still help?

That's the best time to talk to us. A lot of our value is showing you what's possible that you hadn't pictured — the connection between two tools you never thought to join, the step a system could carry that a person carries today.

The way we see it, if you can describe the goal in plain words, it can almost always be built — the limit is usually imagination, not the technology. We start from how your day actually runs, point out where the real opportunities are, and walk you through the options. You leave with a clear picture and a concrete next step, whether or not you build with us.

Q3Do you only take large projects, or small ones too?

Both, gladly. We take on larger platform engagements, and we also do a healthy mix of smaller, focused projects — a single automation, one sharp tool, a website that finally works the way it should.

A small first project is often the smartest way to start: it proves the value quickly and pays for itself before you commit to more. We'll recommend the step that gives you the most return for the least risk.

Q4How does a project start?

Always with a free consultation — we hear what you're doing and point out where the opportunities are, at no cost. From there, three ways to work together: a Roadmap Sprint for a written plan and fixed quote, a Custom Project built to a fixed scope, or an Ongoing Partner retainer where we run and keep improving what we built.

You can also start with a free AI report that reads your own website and points to the first opportunities before you ever talk to us.

Q5How fast can I see something working?

Smaller automations and first slices can be live in a matter of weeks; larger platforms take longer and are built in stages. We deliberately ship a useful first slice quickly rather than disappearing for months — a working tool that saves time now is worth more than a grand system that's still almost done.

Done means running in your real day, with your real data, under real conditions.

Q6Do you push AI on everything?

No. We give development, automation, and AI balanced weight, and many of the highest-return early wins are a clean system plus a couple of well-placed automations with no AI at all — we'll tell you so when that's the case.

AI earns its place where judgment or language is involved. If someone insists every problem needs AI, they're selling AI, not solving your problem.

Q7Will I own what you build?

Yes. Your code, your data, and your accounts are in your name and in your hands, start to finish. There's no lock-in and no software held hostage — what we build for you is yours to keep and to run, whether or not you continue working with us.

Q8How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope. Larger platform engagements run in the $25k–$200k range, and we also do a healthy mix of smaller projects, roughly $1k–$10k. The Roadmap Sprint is a fixed $488, credited toward your build if you move forward.

Every project beyond the Sprint is a custom quote to a fixed scope, so you know the number before work starts. There's a fuller breakdown in what custom software and AI actually cost.
