Working with us

What sets us apart

Q1What makes Infinite Soldier Technologies different?

We're part consultant, part builder, and founder-led — the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, with no handoff chain and no account-manager relay.

We also run our own products, from a live e-commerce platform to AI inbox agents, so we build for how work really happens rather than how a spec reads on paper. And we give development, automation, and AI balanced weight instead of pushing AI at every problem — we'll tell you honestly when the best first step is simple automation with no AI at all.

Q2Who will I actually work with?

The senior, founder-led team that builds the software. There's no salesperson up front who then hands you to strangers. You talk with the people writing the code — from the first conversation through launch, and well after if you want ongoing care.

Q3Can you customize almost anything, or only certain kinds of software?

We can customize almost anything that runs on software — custom platforms and admin systems, AI agents and automation, websites and e-commerce, dashboards and business systems, and customer or family apps.

Because we build the foundation once and branch your apps, sites, and tools off it, adding a new capability later is usually a small job rather than a fresh start. See the full list in our services.

AI & automation, plainly

What the technology actually does

Q4What can an AI agent actually do for my business?

An AI agent reads the real stream of work, decides what needs a person, drafts replies in your voice, follows up on quotes that go quiet, and pulls scattered data into one clear picture — front-office and back-office.

  • A pressure-washing company: it drafts a priced quote reply and schedules the follow-up.
  • An HVAC contractor: it flags the emergency no-heat call to the top and files routine requests.
  • A charter school: it answers repeat enrollment questions around the clock.
  • A city permits office: it sorts citizen requests and routes the ones needing a person.

It acts rather than only chatting — and anything a customer will see waits for your approval first. There's a deeper walk-through in what an AI agent can actually do.

Q5What's the difference between AI and basic automation?

Automation handles repetitive work that follows clear rules — moving an order through its stages, sending a follow-up, filing a form — reliably and every time. AI handles the part that involves judgment, language, or messy input that isn't the same twice, like deciding what's urgent or drafting a reply.

Here's the part that surprises people: most of the real time-and-money savings come from automation. AI is the powerful new layer added on top where a rule alone isn't enough. More on that in automation is where the savings are.

Q6Do I even need AI?

Often not as a first step. Many of the highest-return early wins are a clean system plus a couple of well-placed automations, with no AI at all — and we'll tell you so when that's the case.

AI earns its place where judgment or language is involved. We recommend the step that pays back fastest for the least risk, which is frequently the simple one. If someone insists every problem needs AI, they're selling AI, not solving your problem.

Engagements & pricing

How working together works

Q7How do engagements work?

It always starts with a free consultation — we hear what you're doing and point out where the opportunities are, at no cost. From there, three ways to work together:

  • Roadmap Sprint — a formal written plan and fixed quote.
  • Custom Project — built to a fixed scope and quote.
  • Ongoing Partner — a retainer where we run and keep improving what we built.

See them laid out on our services page.

Q8What is the Roadmap Sprint, and what does the $488 include?

The Roadmap Sprint is a focused working session and a real look at how your organization runs, ending in a written roadmap of what we'd build plus a fixed quote — yours to keep.

It's $488, and that amount is credited toward your project if you move forward — so if you build, the plan effectively costs nothing. It's the best way to turn a vague idea into a sequenced, quoted plan.

Q9How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope. We take on larger platform engagements in the $25k–$200k range, and we also do a healthy mix of smaller projects, roughly $1k–$10k.

The Roadmap Sprint is a fixed $488, credited toward the build. Every project beyond that is a custom quote to a fixed scope, so you know the number before work starts. Tell us your goals and budget and we'll shape an engagement that fits — premium doesn't mean out of reach.

Q10What is the Ongoing Partner retainer for?

It's a month-to-month retainer where we run what we built and keep finding new ways to save you time and win business. Software needs care — we watch it, maintain it, and improve it month after month so it keeps working and keeps getting better instead of quietly rotting after launch.

It's also how AI features are best run, since AI does real work every day.

Q11Why is AI an ongoing, monthly cost rather than one-time?

Because it does more work, more often. Development and automation are largely build-once — you pay to build them, then they run. An AI agent is different: it carries real load every day by reading, drafting, deciding, and following up, and that ongoing work has an ongoing cost. The model behind it also keeps improving.

We're direct about this up front, so the monthly number is never a surprise. Think of automation as an appliance you install and AI as more like an employee you keep on.

Practical & trust

Timelines, ownership, and getting started

Q12How long does a project take?

Smaller automations and first slices can be live in a matter of weeks; larger platforms take longer and are built in stages. We deliberately ship a useful first slice quickly rather than disappearing for months, because a working tool that saves time now is worth more than a grand system that's still almost done.

Done means running in your real day, with your real data, under real conditions — not a demo that looks right in a meeting and falls over on Monday.

Q13Do I own the software and data you build?

Yes. Your code, your data, and your accounts are in your name and in your hands, start to finish. There's no lock-in and no software held hostage. What we build for you is yours to keep and to run — whether or not you continue working with us.

Q14How do I get started, and what is the free AI report?

Two easy first doors, both free. The free AI report has our advisor read your real website and give you a clear, practical first look at where technology could help and which building blocks would fit — get it on our tools page. Or book a free consultation and we'll talk through where you'd start.

Neither costs anything, and both replace guessing with a concrete next step. If you'd like the bigger picture first, read the practical playbook for getting started.
